Permissions

With the exception of any guest posts or blogs, I own the content on this website and it’s copyrighted in my name.   By all means, share the content on Right Space with others who could benefit from it, but to avoid us all getting in a mess with either the lawyers or Google, please could you bear in mind:

You do not need my permission to:

Link to either my Right Space website, or a specific post.

You can quote and repost up to 200 words on any other site, but you must link back to my original post.

If you want to print my posts in any non-commercial publication this is fine as long as you include the following copyright notice:

© 2016, Jonathan Drury. All Rights Reserved.

You must contact me for written permission if you want to:

Use any of the content on this site for commercial purposes, including selling or licensing printed versions of my work, or selling or licensing digital versions of the content. I may have to pass your request on to my publisher for consideration.

Use my work and alter it by expanding it, transforming it or building on it.

Reposting

Whilst it is fine to repost the original unaltered post and link to Right Space, I can never give permission to take my words and repost them in their entirety. Google has harsh policies over publishing duplicate content, and is unable to differentiate between material taken from my site, and material originated on my site. If entire posts are copied and pasted elsewhere, Google may well penalise Right Space even though I am the originator, not the perpetrator.

Translation

At present, I am unable to allow the translation and publication of my work in other languages as it would be impossible for me to check the accuracy of the translation.

Errors

If you spot any errors, omissions or general bloopers on Right Space, please let me know. In addition, I have done all I can to secure permissions for the use of images or information, but if you see something that belongs to you and I haven’t credited you, my apologies: please contact me and I will either remove the material or credit you.
